2-step Papaya & Pineapple Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Pineapple Pieces in Syrup, drained
  • 300 g (1 medium size) papaya, peeled and chopped
  • about 20 ice cubes
  • 30 ml (1 T) fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Process until the mixture is smooth and has the texture of a frappe (slushy).
  3. Serve immediately.
