- 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Pineapple Pieces in Syrup, drained
- 300 g (1 medium size) papaya, peeled and chopped
- about 20 ice cubes
- 30 ml (1 T) fresh mint leaves
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and has the texture of a frappe (slushy).
- Serve immediately.
