Canned Green Bean Salad with Peaches, Avo & Feta

  • 1 x 410 g Rhodes Green Beans, drained
  • 1 x 410 g Rhodes Peach Slices in Syrup, drained
  • 120 g butter lettuce
  • 1 x ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • Herb Mayonnaise Dressing


  1. Toss the Rhodes Green Beans, the Rhodes Peach Slices and lettuce together.
  2. Arrange on a salad plate.
  3. Add the avocado slices and crumble the feta cheese over the top.
  4. Pour the Herb Mayonnaise Dressing over the top and serve.
