PEACH & GINGER SMOOTHIE | Rhodes Quality

Ingredients

1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Peach Halves in Syrup, drained
5-10 ml (1-2 tsp.) Fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
5 ml (1 tsp.) Honey
190 ml (¾ cup) Coconut milk
To serve: Ice cubes

Method

Place the Rhodes Quality Peach Halves in Syrup in a blender. Add the ginger, honey and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie over the ice cubes and serve.
Cooking Tip

Finely grate the ginger before adding it to the blender for a smoother result.
