Ingredients

1. Strawberry and Banana Recovery Smoothie
30 ml (2 Tbsp.) Chia seeds (optional)
15 ml (1 Tbsp.) Sugar and peanut butter
250 ml (1 cup) Rhodes Quality 100% Strawberry and Banana Juice
4 to 5 blocks of ice

2. Tropical Summer Smoothie
15 ml (1 Tbsp.) Chia seeds (optional)
15 ml (1 Tbsp.) Flax seeds (optional)
165 ml (⅔ cup) Rhodes Quality 100% Mango Juice
125 ml (½ cup) Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces
4 to 5 blocks of ice
Decorate with Rhodes Quality Granadilla Pulp

3. Immune Boosting Smoothie
1 Fresh banana
Handful spinach
1 Knob ginger
166 ml (⅔ cup) Rhodes Quality Grapefruit Juice
4 to 5 blocks of ice

4. Green Machine Smoothie
Handful baby spinach leaves
A squeeze of lemon juice
62 ml (¼ cup) Cucumber
62 ml (¼ cup) Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces
165ml (⅔ cup) Rhodes Quality 100% Apple Juice
4 to 5 blocks of ice

Method

1. Place all the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
