60 ml (4 Tbsp.) Rhodes Quality Tomato Braai Relish
MethodMix together the salt and pepper, BBQ spice, BBQ sauce, peri-peri sauce, Rhodes Quality Apricot Jam Superfine, Rhodes Quality Tomato Braai Relish and olive oil. Marinade the chicken in the mixture for 2 hours. Add seasoned vegetables. Dot with butter. Roast in the oven until golden brown and succulent.
